Tsuki's Workout Routine and Life in Korea: A Japanese Singer's Journey

Tsuki's Life in Korea and Workout Routine: A Japanese Singer's Story

Tsuki's Life and Workout in Korea, Secrets to Marathon Success

Tsuki from Billlie recently shared candid stories about her early days in Korea on a TV program. She revealed that she moved to Korea at the age of 12 and, to learn Korean, she cut off contact with her family for six months to focus solely on her language studies. Tsuki expressed her struggles at the time, saying, "If I couldn't speak Korean, nothing would have worked out."

Adapting to Korean and Dream Conversations with Family

Now 25, Tsuki showed her complete adaptation to life in Korea, stating, "I'm more comfortable speaking Korean than Japanese now." She surprised the cast by adding, "In my dreams, my mom speaks Korean," even though her parents don't speak Korean at all in reality. This experience highlights how deeply she has immersed herself in Korean culture and language.

Transitioning from Strength Training to Running

Tsuki is also known for her impressive athletic abilities. She previously mentioned on 'Radio Star' that she enjoyed strength training. She boasted about her skills, capable of lifting a combined 165kg in the three major lifts, but shared, "The company banned me from exercising." This led her to start running as a new hobby, and she now has the stamina to complete full marathons.

The Synergy of Strength Training and Running

Strength training plays a crucial role in building overall muscle mass and strength. Compound exercises like squats and deadlifts help develop thigh, glute, back, and core muscles in a balanced way, which can positively impact metabolism maintenance and improve physical function. Furthermore, strengthening the lower body muscles, which are central to everyday movements, also helps enhance balance and athletic performance.

  • Benefits of Strength Training
  • Importance of Lower Body Muscle Development
  • Cardiovascular Benefits of Running

Running is a prime aerobic exercise for boosting cardiovascular endurance. Consistent running significantly aids in improving blood circulation and weight management. The process of preparing for a full marathon is effective for building both muscular endurance and mental fortitude, and the journey of consistent training towards a goal can bring a sense of accomplishment and confidence.

In conclusion, Tsuki's workout approach combines strength training and running in a balanced manner, helping to manage both muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance simultaneously. Adequate rest and a balanced diet are also vital components for post-exercise recovery and muscle maintenance. Prioritizing sustainable exercise habits over extreme dietary restrictions will positively contribute to maintaining good health and physique.
